Win or lose, it's how you play the game. But it's still great to win awards and prizes. Here's how the School Sports Action TV Prizes and Awards work.

Videos

Registered members can award between 1 and 5 stars in each of the following four categories:

• Featured Player or Players
• Commentator
• Producer
• Entertainment

The video's Overall Rating is calculated from the votes in these categories.

On the 20th of each month the top five videos in each category from each sport uploaded the previous month will be inducted to their sport’s Hall of Fame.

On the 28th the top video in each category from each sport will be inducted to the School Sports Action TV Superstars Hall of Fame. The individuals who uploaded these videos will also receive a prize for them and their school or club.*

Note: Only videos with a minimum of 400 votes will qualify for an award or prize. When two videos tie on rating, the video that has been shared the most will win.

Photographs

Registered members can award between 1 and 5 stars to a photograph.

On the 20th of each month the top five photographs from each sport uploaded the previous month will be inducted to their sport’s Hall of Fame.

On the 28th the top photograph from each sport will be inducted to the School Sports Action TV Superstars Hall of Fame. The individuals who uploaded these photographs will also receive a prize for them and their school or club.*

Note: Only photographs with a minimum of 100 votes will qualify for an award or prize.

When two photographs tie on rating, the photograph that has been shared the most will win.

Prizes

Being inducted in to a Hall of Fame is a great achievement and to recognize this School Sports Action TV have various sponsors who will be providing prizes.

Rugby Union

Ram Rugby sponsor the rugby union prizes and have confirmed that the rugby balls awarded to the monthly winners will be signed by England International Andy Gomarsall MBE.

Cricket

Ram Cricket sponsor our cricket prizes.

Note: All prizes will be sent to the school or club of the member uploading the video or photo.

* Prizes are currently awarded for rugby union and cricket videos and photographs but we are talking to several potential sponsors to ensure that there are prizes available for every sport.
